My wall of achievement

hello dear lucky star 🥰🤗
today I would like to share my wall of achievement with you:

I started my wall of achievement after I completed my courses in becoming a reader of the Akasha Chronicles.

Consciously celebrating my achievements and honoring them in a way that is visible to me on a daily basis is very important to me.
I used to do a lot of

 "'COMPARE AND DESPAIR"

when hearing about other people finishing their studies, apprenticeships, or training programs.

Instead of celebrating the skills and gifts that I could offer to the world, I focused on what I didn't have and what wasn't yet. And that was deeply impacting me in a self-destructive way.

On my healing journey, I realized that I am already enough, That I have already achieved enough just by being born.

I AM ENOUGH 💕I AM ENOUGH💕 I AM ENOUGH💕

I decided to also hang my Make-Up Artist diploma on the wall.
I achieved something new that day, the Spiritual Reader course, but I also achieved something in the past.

On days when I feel low and lost, I turn my eyes towards my wall of achievement,
and I am lovingly reminded of the great things that I have accomplished already.

If you want to start your wall of achievement,
but are overwhelmed by thoughts such as:

''I'm not good enough''
''I didn't achieve enough''
''This is not worthy of framing and hanging"

Then I encourage you to take 3 deep breaths, take a pen and a piece of paper,
write your date of birth and " I love you" on the paper.
Take a piece of sticky tape and put that paper up on the wall.

Piece by piece, day by day, week by week, slowly and gently,  you can then put up your achievements,
no matter how small,
they matter! You matter 💕

I love you❤️
