2 Day Rose Retreat 🌹

today I would like to share with you about my week-end plans. I'm calling them the 2 day Rose-Retreat🌹:
I have been in hustling mode the last 2 weeks, appointments and conversations stacking themselves up against each other. I felt very stressed at times and my heart was pounding fast. 100bpm while doing my makeup is definitely too fast!
A friend of mine shared with me that she is doing these self-care retreats whenever she experiences high-stress symptoms. So I thought, let's do this!🤩
My retreat is starting tonight friday at 10pm and is ending at Sunday 6pm.
I'm going to take my computer and my phone and lock them in my basement storage unit. No electronic media for 2 days. My brain needs some rest from processing information.🤯

SATURDAY - energy flow and recentering:
- journaling to get centered right after getting up
- 20 min. body work gymnastics & 16 min. Qi-Gong
- cleaning & tidying of my apartment, gets the energy flowing.
- 2 hours of walking outside, walking is very therapeutic and healing for me
- hug a tree😍🤗
- consciously sitting down and looking at my vision board, what do I need and what don't I need anymore
- journaling when something comes up, for me journaling is very helpful for my C-PTSD
- reading fiction book
- cooking some pasta bolognese😋
- beauty routines

SUNDAY - gentle rest & read:
- journaling to get centered right after getting up
- Qi-Gong 16 min.
- walking gently and slow for 30 min.
- getting a café au lait and croissant
- hug a tree
- oracle card reading for the coming week.
- cooking chicken soup🥰🍲
- reading fiction book
