Morning Supplements




I want to share my morning supplement with you:


I take all this supplements with my breakfast. I feel like nowadays the food lacks a lot vitamins and it's important to add them with the help of supplements.


B12 - energy for the brain and overall health, very important!!


Berberine - I started to take it because it helps with bad bacteria in the gut. It also helps with inflammation and it helps with  stable blood sugar levels, it helps if you want to loose weight.


Biotin - I take this for healthy hair and nails, I'm happy that it has selenium in it which is a much needed supplement if you live in Germany. 


Vitamin C & Zinc - very important for your immune system and for overall cell protection. 


I get all my supplements from Amazon, the vitamin C I bought in my local supermarket.
