Good Morning journaling

 Hello dear lucky star,

Today I'd like to share my daily morning journaling practice with you:

Julia Cameron, the author of "The Artist Way" recommends writing 3 pages in your journal, daily in the morning.

For me, someone with C-PTSD, Journaling has always been a way of healing and calming my nerves when I am in "fight or flight" mode.

Journaling helps me to sort out my thoughts and get relief from stressful topics. When Something is stressing me out and I can't sleep, I grab my journal and share everything on my mind, no filter!

When I wake up in the morning, all the unfinished thoughts, resentments from yesterday, fears, decisions, and ideas start to speak up in my head, and they speak up loud.

Already when I sit on the toilet to pee after getting up, the thoughts start shouting in a chaotic manner. So after I pee I grab some hot tea, take my journal, and start sharing with God* and my Soulguide Family.

Little by little, word by word my head gets quieter, and the thoughts are put into order, resentments are let go and decisions are made.

After I journal in the morning I start my day much more grounded.

To me, journaling is always a good idea and independent of the time of day.

It's a quiet and welcoming space, where EVERY thought and feeling is allowed. To me to write is to love!

I love you❤️

Aliée
